Thanks for the additional info about the home. My wife and I both agree - the dining room is pretty tight. But we love the details in the home. What's it selling for?

My husband and I loved that floor plan and it's still on the list if we wind up building. It was a Cottage Living Idea home (Oct. 2006), so it was actually built and there are options for smaller versions. http://www.cottageliving.com/cottage/homes/article/0,21135,1227097,00.html has links to the video tour, etc. The only thing I was unsure about was the size of the dining area. (I see the original house is for sale now.)
